A dynamic and progressive Law Firm based in Dublin City Centre with a large representation in the Polish market is seeking a Polish speaking Office Assistant

We are a non-traditional General Practice with a modern business focus and client centre culture.

Our paperless office which kicked off in 2008 ensures we are systems and procedures driven.

We are people centred and have an empowered workforce.

We specialise in Litigation and Probate. We have a very large representation in the Polish market.


This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join the firm at an exciting time of change for the legal professional landscape in Ireland.

The role will be responsible for supporting Solicitors in managing our Polish Client Portfolio.

We are continuing to build excellence in a well working business.

The person will be supporting Solicitors in managing Polish Client cases and will have the ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.

They will be a motivated and enthusiastic person with a focus on client care.

Qualifications : 3rd Level Education required

Core Competencies Essential :

Time and Priority Management

Tact and Diplomacy

Fluent English

Excellent MS Office and IT Skills

Strong Typing Skills with high accuracy.

Desired Skills :

IT Systems knowledge

Typing Skills 50-55 wpm

Experience : 3 years’ experience within a client focused, fast moving environment such as hospitality / hotels

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Solicitors in managing Polish client Cases.
Management and Scheduling of Daily Calendar Appointments
Management of Daily Tasks for eg.
Preparation and typing of Documents/Letters
Attending in house client meetings
Dealing with all incoming calls from polish clients to include general case enquiries from clients and new queries.
Opening New files
Managing emails received from clients.
Translation of documents
Liaising with clients, translators, engineers, in regard to appointments, court hearing dates etc.
Assisting Solicitors at Court Settlement Meetings/Consultation.
Responsible to :

Solicitor and Office Manager
