A local Mullingar based business in the residential and commercial property management sector requires a part-time administrator for a temporary contract.

• A pleasant flexible approach with customers • Good accuracy and attention to detail • Maturity and good judgement • Previous office experience [min 3 yrs] and good office skills • Honesty and reliability • Accounting and business skills
Duties Working very closely with the business owner, the holder of this position will provide office support for properties managed:
• Liasing with properties owners and contractors ensuring issues are resolved satisfactorily • Preparing and sending out invoices • Credit control • Office administration • Liasing with the external 3rd party accountant
