Job Description
The role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Sales support Scheduler and Database administrator will play a
central role in the growth of the INET Computer Solutions business in Ireland.
A Key deliverable will be the up to date information in the company CRM at all times, all sales support
activities such as quote generation and sending completed in a timely fashion and all related
administration completed in full. Included is scheduling of Engineers timetables throughthout day
ensuring that set Engineer KPIs are been met.
Set and maintain the culture (values) of the company
Become expert in the INET Computer Solutions product portfolio in order to support and
engage in customer requirements
Update CRM continually and generate reports as required by management
Continually clean and manage contact information in the system
Import new databases into our CRM ensuring all contacts details are formatted correctly
Prepare contacts for marketing campaigns
Update sales status for all opportunities on behalf of the sales staff
Speak to anyone not filling out the CRM properly and get them to fix records
Double check all data going into the CRM to ensure it is kept right
Add a minimum number of records every month or before a campaign
Cleaning data lists on an ongoing basis
Number of reports required weekly and monthly BY MD
Specific list reports set-up in the CRM system
Enquiry report monthly and yearly
Pipeline report monthly and weekly
Keep data report up to date on an ongoing basis
Monitor Resource utilisation Report for Engineers ensuring set targets are met
Sales Support
Provide sales support to the sales team in selling and delivering strategic, profitable and
innovative products and solutions
Complete Sales Administration tasks
o Develop Quotes for sales staff as per instructions,
o Update customer quotes as required
o Contact and inform customers as instructed by sales staff
o Generate sales reports for sales staff and management
Support the Account Management function through customer engagement as directed by
sales staff
Follow through on sales queries from Field Sales and directly from customers providing
quotes as required.
Provide quotations as required over the phone and input in the IT/CRM system once complete.

Customer Care
Liaise with customers on all customer care issues
o Manage the customer complaints ensuring the technical team resolve the complaint
in a timely manner
Account Management, Sales Support & Customer Service
Relationship Management through communicating with existing customers and establishing
avenues to communicate with them.
Adopt a hands-on approach in generating reports and monitoring trends in Sales, Servicing
and Customer Service.
Answer all customer queries in a supportive and professional manner
Customer Complaint Handling and resolution management
Send monthly schedule of account management visits for each sales executive
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years Sales Support experience in a fast paced environment selling technical products
1 year Database management experience
A business qualification is desirable with relevant skills or equivalent experience.
Full Clean Driving Licence
