Job Purpose: To assist the Office Manager with the smooth running of the business, during the busy season.
Contract Type: Five month FT
Contract: August – December 2017
Job Responsibilities: Accounts: • A good working knowledge of SAGE 50 Accounts • Accounts Payable, • Accounts Receivable • VAT Returns • Bank Reconciliations • Bank Account – Receipts & Payments
Office Administration: • Assisting with targeted business development campaigns • Assisting with the preparation of quotations • Dealing with Customers on phone, e-mail and in office • Assisting with stock control management • Update customer database & SAGE 50 with customer details • Filing • Maintain office tidy & clean
Personal requirements: • Leaving Certificate required • Accounting Technician qualification an advantage • 3 years + experience in Accounts (SAGE 50) & Administration • Competence in MS Office particularly Excel & Outlook • Ability to work under pressure & maintain high standards • Strong customer service skills • Motivated, hardworking & ability to work on own initiative
