Are you passionate about food?, do you like being creative and experimenting in the Kitchen. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years experience working in a kitchen environment and who is able to Menu plan for Hot and Cold sections and occasion catering. The candidate should have excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills. They must be highly motivated and a team player. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and Hygiene. They should also have good numerical skills and be IT literate.
