Kepak Athleague are looking to recruit an Experienced HR Generalist for Maternity Cover on a part time basis.
This busy role encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations. You will work closely with site management at all times providing support and advice when necessary.
In addition to the above, main responsibilities will include maintaining personnel files and all associated required paperwork, reporting to head office on key issues, and working closely with Health & Safety when necessary. Experience in equivalent position is necessary, with a good knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT. This is a very fast paced role so the ability to prioritise is essential.
